Itinerary and highlights
Hafrafell, also known as Reykjavík Peak, is a scenic mountain just outside Reykjavík. From the summit, visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Reykjavík, Faxaflói Bay, Mount Esja and the surrounding volcanic landscape. It’s a fantastic spot to experience Iceland’s rugged nature while staying close to the capital.
Reykjavík’s vibrant city centre is the heart of Iceland’s cuisine, filled with colorful streets, local shops, cafés, restaurants and lively atmosphere. You will see many landmarks like the Rainbow Street, a colorful pedestrian street leading toward the iconic Hallgrímskirkja church.
Meeting and pickup information
- Pick-up starts 30 minutes before the departure time. Be ready at 09:00 . The pick-up process can take up to 30 minutes. Please note that pick-ups from hotels in main-central Reykjavik are not allowed in certain areas designated as no pick-up zones by the City . As a result, you need to walk to the nearest bus stop, typically a 2-5 minute walk from your hotel. To choose the appropriate bus stop: Search bus stops in Reykjavik Search the closest to your hotel & select the one nearest. If you don't know your pickup location please contact so we can help you.
